Memorial services for Russell Cramm, age 83, of Lake Jackson, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1601 E. Henderson Road, Angleton, Texas with Pastor Robert Sweet officiating. A reception will follow the memorial service. Russell was born on January 18, 1933 to Carl and Maria Cramm of Ursa, Illinois. Russell graduated from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois with a MS in Chemistry. He worked for Dow Chemical Company from 1956 to 1992. He served as Chairman of the Brazoria County Republican Party, was a member of Kiawanis. He was also an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Lake Jackson and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Angleton. Russell is survived by his wife, Sheryl Cramm; children, Kevin (Lisa), Brian (Deborah) and Barbara Cramm; and grandchildren, Jessica, Joel, Matthew, Stephen and Hellen Cramm and Sarah (Casey) Williams.
