I am blessed to have known Billye. She was a dedicated member at the First Freeport Presbyterian Church. Billye lived a life to exemplify the lifew of Christ. Always, always a happy person wanting to serve her fellow man. A sweet soul to warm over other's that perhaps weren't in as good spirits as herself. Never one to complain and always willing to do what was necessary to help in God's work here on Earth. Rest in Peace Mrs. Billye
