Robert ""Bob"" L. Hocutt

Robert L. "Bob" Hocutt, 77, of Lake Jackson went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 30, 2011. He was born December 18, 1933 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Jesse and Nannie Hocutt. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict and later retired from the University of Texas. Robert attended St. Jerome's and St. Michael's Catholic Church.

Robert loved his family, camping, fishing and woodworking.

The family will receive friends 6:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday with a Rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday August 3, 2011 at St. Michael's Catholic Church.
