Enrique Pena

Enrique Pena, 59, of West Columbia died Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at his residence. He was born April 5, 1953 to Manuel S. Pena and Celia P. Pena in Mission, Texas.

He is survived by his three sons, Elvis Pena and his wife, Jessica, Enrique Pena Jr., and Rocky Pena; three grandchildren, Alyssa Pena, Elvis Pena Jr. and Tristan Pena; his mother, Celia Pinon Pena; six brothers, Manuel S. Pena Jr. (Anita), Ruben Pena (Marta), Rudy Pena (Jennifer), Johnny Pena, Felix Pena and Albert Pena; five sisters, Estella Trevino (Robert), Gloria Gracia (Americo), Felicita Angulo (Edward), Celia Calvillo (Sergio), Olympia Alanis (Artemio), and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.


He preceded in death by his father, Manuel Sebastian Pena Sr.; and sister, Janie Pena.


Also known as Kike and Chicle, he was a loving, funny and kind person. He could always make you laugh with one of his jokes. He also loved his Elvis Presley and could even do the dance.


We will miss him dearly. And as he would say "Elvis has left the building."


A wake will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, February 10, 2013, from 5 until 8 p.m. with guest speaker, Pastor Jacinto Salazar at 7 p.m.


Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on February 11, 2013 at Lakewood Funeral Home with John Price officiating.


Burial will be held at Colonial Cemetery in Brazoria.


Pallbearers will be Ruben Pena, Johnny Pena, Albert Pena, George Mata, Leo Mata and Gilbert Trevino.


Honorary pallbearers will be Elvis Pena Jr., Tristan Pena, Artemio Alanis Jr., and Eron Angulo.
