Brenda "Meme" Best, a 29 year resident of Oyster Creek, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 22, 2019 at the young age of 65. She was born in Charleston, Mississippi on November 28, 1953.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Loyce Best; sons, Sonny Best (Wendy), Chuck Best (Angel), six grandchildren, Terry, Lauren, Colby, Hayden, Brooke and Allyson. She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren that adored her.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the American Heart Association.
