Douglas "Pop" Lashlee, Age 78 of Lake Jackson, passed from this life Saturday, January 16th, 2021. He was born on August 21, 1942 in Cash, Arkansas to Grover and Lillie Long Lashlee.

Doug was a Carpenter and Painter by trade. He enjoyed his work as well as taking care of his family and friends. In his spare time he was known to take his family hunting and fishing.

Douglas is proceeded in death by his parents, Sister Mary 'Joan' Coleman, and Brother J.G. Lashlee.

Douglas is Survived by his wife Ida Lashlee, His children Thomas Lashlee, Paula Lashlee, and Wayne Lashlee, His sisters Debbie McBroom and Sue Turnie, His Grandchildren Kevin Campbell, Ashley Bowers, Lindsey West, Tyson Lashlee, Taylor Lashlee, Cameron Lashlee, and Brandon Lashlee, and His Great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM at New Beginnings Church located at 400 Dixie Dr. Lake Jackson, Texas 77566.
