Glenda Kay Hyde, 65, of Clute, Texas, was called home on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.

Glenda’s greatest joy in life was her family, to whom she gave her whole heart. She was a devoted wife, a deeply loving mother, and a doting grandmother whose face lit up every time her granddaughters were near. Her warmth, devotion, and unconditional love will be profoundly missed by everyone she held dear.

She is survived and forever cherished by her husband, Dino Hyde; her children, Angela LaFevor and Edward Hyde Jr.; her son-in-law, Ryan LaFevor; and her beloved granddaughters, Alyssa LaFevor and Scarlett LaFevor, who brought endless happiness to her life.

Glenda was predeceased by her father, David Wayne Bird Sr.
