Hector Manuel Armstrong, son of the late Hector Armstrong and Juanita Aponte. He was born on August 2, 1938 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He moved to Brazoria County in the 80's to work at Union Carbide Corporation for many years. Once he retired he spent most of his days working on lawnmowers, playing domino's with his friends at the Lake Jackson Civic Center, and hanging out with his grandson, Javian. His life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children: Siomara Armstrong, Hector Armstrong Jr., Aglae Armstrong, Bructel Armstrong, Douglas Armstrong, Jacquline Armstrong, Harry Armstrong; Grandchildren: Javian Armstrong, Omari Armstrong, Jennifer Armstrong, Alexa Armstrong, Ralph Mendoza, Jason Mendoza, Tiny Mendoza; Great-grandchildren: Jaylen Woodard, Jaxsen Woodard, and Adamari Razo.
