In loving memory of Julia A. Hall who lost her battle to cancer on June 9th, 2018. She will be deeply missed by her three children, Floyd Junior Hall, Todd Winkelmann, and Tanya Winkelmann; her 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Hall; and parents, Eddie and Sylvia Hernandez. She retired from the City of Clute with 20 years of service and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Memorial services will be held at Lakewood Funeral Chapel in Lake Jackson, TX at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 15, 2018.
