Nancy Kay Moreno, 50, of Clute passed away August 29, 2018. She was born April 23, 1968 in Clute, Texas to Manuel and Margaret Silbas. She was preceded in death by father, Manuel Silbas. Nancy is survived by her husband, Jonathan Moreno of Clute, 2 children: Jeremy David Silbas-Moreno and wife Lorrae of Fort Worth, Kayla Moreno of Clute, 2 grandchildren: Ariana and Abigail, Mother, Margaret Silbas of Clute, 3 sisters: Diane Alvarez of Clute, Frances Serena of Clute, Maggie Silbas of Clute, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Noon until service time 3pm Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Nancy loved her family and making new friends.
