Nolberto “albert ” Villarreal, of lake jackson, Tx unexpectedly went home to be with the lord wednesday july 22nd, 2026. he was born in angleton, tx on october 3rd ,1949.
Nolberto was a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather, a faithful member of his church, and a proud member of the knights of columbus. he found strength and comfort in god’s word, especially romans 14:10-12, john 11:25-26, and john 14:1-6. he loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren, who were the joy of his life. he also enjoyed playing dominoes and cheering on the Astros and the dallas cowboys. Nolberto will be remembered for is kind heart, unwavering faith, and the love he shared with his family, friends, and everyone who knew him.
Nolberto was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, maria “mary” D. Villarreal.
He is survived by his sons, joe albert villarreal and wife mary villarreal, and nolberto “woody” villarreal III and wife socorro villarreal; his daughter, rosemary villarreal; and seven grandchildren: alyssa villarreal, joe albert villarreal jr., jacob villarreal, jerry arreazola, tilley villarreal, miracle villarreal, and angelina salinas.
Nolberto was blessed to welcome his great granddaughter, alina maria lopez, into his life, whom he deeply loved. although he was never able to meet esther rose villarreal in person, she held a special place in his heart and was deeply loved.
Nolberto leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and many dear friends who will cherish his memory .
He is joined in heaven by his parents nolberto villarreal and marcelina villarreal; his beloved wife of 58 years, maria “mary” D villarreal; and his siblings, rosa villarreal, angie villarreal, johnny villarreal, joe villarreal, andrew villarreal, and manuel villarreal. he is now reunited with them in heaven.Nolberto will be remembered for his love, strength, and devotion to his family. his memory will forever live on in hearts of those who knew and loved him.
