Vincent Scott Griffing, 31, of Lake Jackson went home to be with our Lord on Sept. 23, 2018. He was born Jan. 1, 1987 to Phil and Debbie Griffing. Vincent was a 2005 graduate of Brazoswood High School. He began wrestling at age 9, and continued to wrestle for the high school team. He was an avid shot gun shooter. He participated in the 4-H and National Junior Olympic Shooting teams. He enjoyed many hours of hunting and fishing with his family. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed and forever adored by his parents, brother, numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends. Vincent was preceded in death by his grandparents and cousin Daniel. The family will receive friends 11:30am until service time. The funeral service will be Noon, Sept. 29, 2018 at the Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church; 102 Yaupon, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566. Interment will follow at Restwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
