Ruby Ray "Ray Ray" Kramer, 79 of Clute, Texas was called home by her heavenly father on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband John A. "Poncho" Kramer, her parents Ray Lawrence Jacobsen & Ruby Jacobsen, her son John "Chuck" Kramer and her brother Cecil Calvin Jacobsen. She is survived by her daughter Dianna Reich (Bruno), her son Robert Kramer, her son James Kramer; her grandchildren Bridgette Percle (Al), Carly New (Jeromy), Brad Reich (Amanda), Melissa Kramer, Tenisha Canova, Taylor & Ashlyn Shipley; great grandchildren Kyler, Conner, Emma, Colton, Decker and Allison; her siblings Dorothy George, Raymond Jacobsen (Melody), Joyce Wright (James), Sally Wardlow, Wayne Jacobsen (Lee), Burl Jacobsen. Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral home in Clute on Monday, March 5th at 12:00 with the funeral services immediately following at 1:00 with Pastor Jason Morse of Sozo church in Deer Park, Texas officiating. The family would like to express great appreciation to Country Care Village of Angleton where she lived for the last 5 years of her life and received outstanding care. The family would also like to express gratitude to A-Med Hospice Care for their care and heartfelt kindness. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to TLC Dayhab, 933 E. Mulberry, Angleton, Texas 77515 or A-Med Hospice, 8901 E.F. Lowry Expressway, Texas City, Texas 77591. Pallbearers will be Brad Reich, Al Percle, Jeromy New, Kyler New, Conner Percle and Colton Reich. Honorary Pallbearers Decker Percle and Nick Moore.
