Ross Edward Nevill (Eddie), 57, of Freeport passed away on Monday, November 5th.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 17th at Freeport Lakewood Funeral Chapel at 98 North Dixie Drive in Lake Jackson. Arrangements are by Freeport-Lakewood Funeral Homes.

Eddie was born in Arlington, Texas to Milton and Carol Nevill on August 28, 1961. He graduated Texas State School for the Blind. He worked as an inspector for Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio for several years. In his later life Eddie worked cleaning and repairing guns and fishing reels for his friends and fishing and hunting buddies.

Eddie is preceded in death by his mother Carol, infant brother & sister, Michael and Marie.

Eddie is survived by his father Milton, his brother Ron, and his aunt and uncle, Dale and Charlotte Janosky along with numerous cousins.
