Mildred loved Jesus and exemplified his teachings throughout her life. She was a beloved mother to three boys. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when needed, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. She was a phenomenal cook that shared her love and caring through her dishes. She had a great sense of style and fashion. She worked as a business owner and real estate agent. She will be remembered by her friends and family for her beauty, generosity, grace and kindness. She will live on through everyone she touched.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband William Cecil McArthur, her parents Harry Frank and Helen Marie Woodruff Koester, her brother Harry Frank Koester Jr., brother in law J.W. Maltby and nephew Harry Robert Koester.

She is survived by her sons and their wives Mike and Linda McArthur, Greg and Rebecca McArthur and Dennis and Amy McArthur. Her loving and immensely caring sister Betty Maltby who lived with and cared for Mildred. They were inseparable and shared countless beautiful times together over Mildred's life. Her sister in laws Frankie Richard, Diane Koester, her Grandchildren, Caitlin and Danny Keefe, Melanie and Bob Hooper, Amy McArthur, Jacob and Ali McArthur, Miriam and Bobby Courtney, James and Kate McArthur, Matthew McArthur, Madison McArthur and Brooks McArthur as well as ten great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Aunt Mildred was a wonderful person to spend time with. She was always caring and kind and fed us well. Lots of precious memories of her. She was loved and cherished, as are her sons and their families.
