His legacy of laughter and storytelling will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.

In honor of his memory, the family invites all who knew Mark to bring a story to share - just as he always did, bringing people closer through his humor and unforgettable tales.

Our hearts are shattered, but the love, laughter, and memories you gave us will remain forever. You'll always be our MVP. We will miss you more than words can express. Rest easy, dear husband, father, brother (Bruchi), and friend.

Mark and I worked together on the current LE2 project.

Mark and I would spend quite the time together discussing our work scope and what was or was not LE2 scope vs. Maintenance work scope.

He was a big help on all things Bryan Mound.

These conversations were always lighthearted and would end up in both of us coming to some type of agreement to disagree!!

It usually ended up in a history discussion of Bryan Mound or Mark's experience in the construction industry dating from 1846 to 1909 which was before he started working at Bryan Mound I believe would be 1910. LOL...

Lastly Mark would end our conversation with a hysterical story that only Mark could tell with great detail.

I always left any conversation with Mark with a smile on my face and a laugh in my belly!! He will be missed. Reast easy old friend.

Met Mark back in early 1990's at the Bryan Mound site as the SPR was preparing for its first major overhaul titled "Life Extension 1" which Mark's knowledge, experience and personal character was super valuable in my individual development as a newbie to the SPR. Our friendship, open communication and trust of each other in a working environment grew over our career and will not be forgotten.
Truly a big loss to the entire SPR family and thoughts and prayers to his entire family.

I had the privilege of working with Mark many years ago with Gulf States Inc. What a character he was, and an outstanding employee. I'll always remember his sense of humor. We would butt heads over his home state and the great state of Texas but it was always in good fun. My sincere condolences to the family and all loved ones. He will be truly missed!

Sincerely,

I enjoyed the many times I worked with Mark at the Bryan Mound Storage Facility. A big loss to the SPR team. My prayers go out to him and his family. I truly believe he is in a better place now. To the living, remember the good times. It is tough now but smile and even laugh as you share those many stories with others.
