Susan is survived by her husband Jose Cervantes, her beloved pets, her Mother Sandra Nichols, her Father John Nichols and his Wife Bay Nichols, her Sister Angela Nichols Chichester, Aunt and Uncle Diane and Jerry Verlinde, Uncle and Aunt Greg and Beth Verlinde, Uncle Mike Nichols and Wife, Aunt Sarah Nichols, Uncle Mark and Cathy Nichols and her cousins. Each of them was touched by her warmth and kindness.
Susan was a devoted daughter, a cherished friend, and an enduring source of inspiration to all who knew her. Her presence brought light into the lives of many, and although she is no longer with us physically, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return. She will always be remembered with deep affection and gratitude for the love and joy she shared.
We honor her memory and celebrate a life that was truly special. Rest in peace Susan. You will be dearly missed and forever loved.

Even though we grieve…Heaven received a very caring person that had such a wonderful laugh and great spirit. Susan was my buddy when she was in 7-8th grade waiting at the picnic tables at the old Post Office. We had good conversations while I was on my break. I know she will be greatly missed. My prayers are with all her family.

Susan touched a lot of hearts. She will always be remembered for her kindness to people and animals. It is especially sad to lose someone so young. May God be with you and your family. Rest in peace.
