Franklin Scott Moore was born on February 28, 1964 to Vada and Alfred Moore in Vallejo, California. He departed this life on April 2, 2026 in Brazoria Texas. Franklin had an adventurous spirit and love to travel. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially near water. Franklin had a very giving heart and he never met a stranger. When he wasn't off seeing the world he loved spending time with his family. Franklin is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Denise Melton. Those he leaves behind include his brothers, Lance Moore and Brandon Moore, his daughter Crystal Ramirez (Jesus), his grandchildren,Isaiah Durison, Elijah Durison and Esme Meyer. He was also a stand in grandfather to Katilynn Almond and Nirvana Almond . He also leaves behind a host of friends and family all across the US.Given he loved the ocean his family has decided to spread his remains in the gulf.
