Margaret Josephine Isaacs of Lake Jackson, Texas, was called home to Heaven on the 6th of June, 2012, at the age of 71.

Margie was born to George and Ruby (Beadle) Fraser of Linton Indiana, with her being the eldest of four beautiful girls.

As a young mother, Margie chose to be a stay at home mom, and raise her own four children while living in Pendleton, Indiana. Later in life, after moving to Texas, she chose to begin another rewarding career that would span 25 years in nursing, beginning with geriatric care as a nurse's aid, then on to a medical administrator, and then serving as an LVN after receiving her degree at Brazosport College.
Margie loved the wind, the waves , and the sun of the Texas beaches, along with her two little buddies, Ricky and Bailey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Kay Millage and Gay Cave.
Margie leaves behind to cherish her memories, Mike, her husband of 53 short years,
along with their four children and their spouses:
Mike Isaacs II and wife Julianne (Keskinen), of Angleton, Texas,
S. Douglas Isaacs and wife Tammy (Blackwell), of Brazoria, Texas,
Monique' and husband Chris Conner, of Terre Haute, Indiana,
Steve Isaacs and wife Kathy (Bobey), of Lake Jackson, Texas,
and a sister, Georgi and her husband Wayne Goen, of Pendleton, Indiana,
along with eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, with another to arrive in Oct.

A memorial service to celebrate Margie's life is scheduled for 3pm Sunday, June 10, 2012
at Lakewood Funeral Chapel in Lake Jackson Texas, with Pastor Edward Frankum, Sr. officiating. Visitation will begin at 2pm.

I didn't know Margaret personally but I feel like I should after all the conversations Steve and I have had. I know from those talks that she was a very special Mom, wife, and grandmother. May God bless you with peace and comfort. Steve, you and your family have been and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. With sincere sympathy, Anita Gregory.
