I want to express my condolences to all of the Woodward family. I had the pleasure of serving Darryl as well as other family members while I worked at Blockbuster. Darryl had many conversations with me in person and on the phone expressing his love for his family and was such a gentleman making his requests for his movies to be held. He will be greatly missed and I pray that you will find peace, knowing that he shared his love for all of you, even with someone like me, who had the pleasure of serving him.

Uncle Don, Aunt Fay, Neal, Linda & Lisa, I guess none of us will make it down for the funeral, though Mom & I at least have tried to figure out a way. We're awfully, awfully sorry to hear the news. I guess it's a hard reminder of doing a poor job of keeping in touch for a very long time. We'll be praying for you all, maybe manage to catch up again sooner than later.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss, Darryl & I went to school together & were even boyfriend & girlfriend when I was in the 8th grade & he was in the 7th (or either 6th & 7th...it's been so long ago) but he was a truly special person who made me laugh & was my very first "puppy love", we had great times together and he was indeed very special to me and am grateful for the memories. He will be greatly missed & you all are in my thoughts & prayers during this difficult time, may you find the peace that Darryl now has eternally. God Bless you all, he will provide the strength & comfort you seek at this time. My Deepest Smypathies to the Woodward family. Liz Thompson Bennett
