Annie Mae Swain, 82, of Jones Creek went to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 19, 2012. She was born November 5, 1930 in Cuerro, Texas. Ann served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Ann was a lifetime area resident and a member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church. She worked in accounting at Dow Chemical Company for a number of years. Ann loved hunting, arts and crafts, and traveling with her husband Bill.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Fount and Francis Simmons and her son, Robert George Reese.

Ann is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bill Swain of Jones Creek, 2 sons: Eugene Reese of Edna, Texas, Richard Reese of Lake Jackson,
2 step- daughters: Cynthia Nordin of Lake Jackson, Texas, Theresa Villareal of Mobile, Alabama, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 4 pm, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Lake Jackson with Rev. Parker officiating.
