Richard Burrell Foster, 60, of East Columbia (formerly of Freeport) passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 after a lengthy illness. He was born Nov. 5, 1952 in Freeport and graduated from Brazosport High School in 1971. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman.


He is preceded in death by his father, Burrell Edward Foster.


Richard is survived by his mother, Dolores Foster of West Columbia,


1 brother, Donald E. Foster of West Columbia, and


1 niece, Natalie Foster of Oregon.


Memorial services will be 3pm Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Grace Bible Baptist Church in West Columbia, Texas with Rev. Bud Mier officiating.
