On behalf of the Brazos Pilots Association please accept our most sincere condolences. Captain Bill Wix was a dedicated professional mariner. Bill's experience and knowledge when he was at the helm helped insure the safe transit of thousands of ships during his many years.of service. Bill's positive attitude and personality helped make difficult jobs easier. His sense of humor and encouragement will be missed. Please find comfort in the knowledge that Bill touched the lives of all who knew him - May God Bless you
