She was born July 31, 1941 in San Antonio, Texas to James Bertrum Newman and LaRue Mc Williams Newman.
She is survived by her husband Charles Asa Jones of Jones Creek,
two sons, Charles Jones, Jr. of San Antonio, Texas,
Kenneth Dan Jones of Austin, Texas, 3 grandchildren, and
5 great grandchildren.
She was a member of Gulf Prairie Presbyterian Church of Jones Creek.

My heart is broken. Sharon was such a special friend. I loved her dearly. I miss her. I know her struggle was hard and I know she is now with our Lord and feeling no pain but I still have an empty place in my life without her. Peace to her and her loved ones.
