I ( Beryle O. Gipson)was born August 16, 1921, Mills County, Texas and married Charles H. Gipson on November 1, 1941, and my husband died March 1982. We had two children, Charles R. Gipson and Douglas R. Gipson who are successful and very wonderful and loving sons and I have three lovely grand-children: Mark Gipson and Travis and Katy Gipson, and good daughter-in-law, Janet Gipson and Janice Gipson.

I became a Christian at Bethel Baptist Church in Houston and joined First Baptist Church, Lake Jackson in 1954. I was a very dedicated wife and mother and I am so proud to look back and know that and love it. It was very satisfying to be in a successful business for 26 years.

I am so pleased to be a Christian and thank the Lord daily for his wonderful relationship and assurance. It is my desire to live daily in the way I want to be remembered and it is something that I am very thankful for, and I want to thank the Lord daily for the love of life he has put within me.

Beryle went to be with the Lord, Thursday, March 13, 2014. The funeral service will be 2:30pm Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Lakewood Funeral Chapel.

My Aunt Beryle & I shared the same birthday. She always called it "Our" day. She was very dear to me. Aunt Beryle loved her family very much. We always had good times when we all got together.
